Background:
Seth grew up in a fairly normal household. A little sister, a mom and a dad. They weren't perfect, they fought...but so does every house, right? In an age of electroics and what not, Seth was different in the sense that he really didn't like to stay inside too much. He was always out shooting basketball, frisbee, football, surfing, hangliding...whatever he could get his hands on. Usually extreme sports and the like, an adrenaline junkie before he was 15. At 16 his powers manifested while he was sky diving, causing him to phase in and out, 'teleporting' through the sky by accident. He eventually landed, but his friends were completely freaked out by it. Needless to say, he was too.
